Flextronics Corporation ("Flextronics") is committed to protecting any personal information that you may provide to us. In particular, we believe it is important for you to know how we treat information about you that we may receive from our websites.

This Privacy Policy applies to all Flextronics-owned websites and domains, and our wholly-owned subsidiaries ("Flextronics websites").
Links to Non-Flextronics Websites
Flextronics websites may provide links to third-party websites for your convenience and information, or to provide services you request. If you access those links, you will leave the Flextronics website. Flextronics does not control those third-party sites or their privacy practices, which may differ from Flextronics's. We do not endorse or make any representations about third-party websites. The personal data you choose to give to unrelated third parties is not covered by this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any company before submitting your personal information. Some third-party companies may choose to share the personal data they gather with Flextronics; that sharing is governed by that third-party company's privacy policy.
Information Collected
In general, you can visit Flextronics websites without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself. Our web servers collect the domain names, not the e-mail addresses, of visitors. Our web servers also seek (as many websites do) to place a "cookie" (a small data file) on your computer's hard drive which allows the server to determine the computer when it visits again, in order to track statistical information about navigation to and throughout certain areas of our site. This cookie is not used to obtain your name or any personal data, and the information that is tracked is used only for internal purposes, such as to improve site navigation, and is not shared with anyone other than Flextronics affiliates, contractors, agents and representatives who assist Flextronics in these efforts and are bound to confidentiality. There are portions of Flextronics websites where we may need to collect personal information from you for a specific purpose, such as to provide you with certain information you request, ordering products, accessing marketing collateral (datasheets, whitepapers, etc.) providing feedback in an online survey, participating in a sweepstakes or other promotional offer, or subscribing to a newsletter or mailing list. The information collected from you may include your name, address, telephone, fax number, and/or e-mail address. For product and service orders, we may collect user IDs and passwords, billing and transaction information and credit card information. For electronic access to annual reports and proxy statements, a third-party vendor may require your tax identification number or social security number to verify your shareholder status.
Flextronics may occasionally use third-party technology to place Flextronics advertisements on third party websites. This technology will install a small "cookie" file on your computer when you view our ad. These cookies will not contain any information that personally identifies you (such as your name or e-mail address) but they will contain a randomly generated number that is unique to your browser and can be recognized by a "Web beacon" (transparent GIF file) on our site if you click through to our site from one of our ads. This allows us to keep track of how many unique visitors we have to a Flextronics website and from what ads they entered, so that we can measure the effectiveness of our ads and ad placements. The privacy policies of the websites on which we advertise, and through which the cookies are installed should inform you about the cookie, and you may of course set your browser to reject cookies.
Children's Privacy
Flextronics websites are not intended for persons under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from or about children, and we do not knowingly market our products or services to children.
Use of Collected Information
Domain name information that we collect is not used to personally identify you and instead is aggregated to measure the number of visits, average time spent on the site, pages viewed, etc. Flextronics uses this information to measure the use of our websites and to improve the content of our sites. When other information is collected from you, such as your name, address or e-mail address, we let you know at the time of collection how we will use the personal information. Generally, we use the personal information you provide only to respond to your inquiry, to process your request or product order, or for marketing purposes if you have opted to receive this type of information. Personal information may be shared with Flextronics affiliates, contractors, agents and representatives, but only if necessary to fulfill your request or order or for related purposes.
Any credit card information collected is used only for payment processing and fraud prevention. Credit card information and sensitive personal data are not used for any other purpose by Flextronics and will not be kept longer than necessary for providing the services, unless you ask us to retain your credit card information for future purchases.
Flextronics may enhance or merge your information collected at its websites with data from third parties for purposes of marketing products or services to you if you have opted to receive such information.
We may share the personal information you provide with other companies we have hired to provide services for us. We maintain strict physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized or inappropriate access. We restrict access to information about you to those Flextronics employees, agents and vendors who need to know the information to respond to your inquiry or request.
Flextronics uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption when collecting or transferring sensitive data such as credit card information. SSL encryption is designed to make the information unreadable by anyone but us. This security measure is working when you see either the symbol of an unbroken key or closed lock (depending on your browser) on the bottom of your browser window.
Credit card numbers are used only for processing payment and are not used for other purposes. As part of real-time payment processing, Flextronics subscribes to a fraud management service. This service gives you and Flextronics an extra level of security to guard against credit card fraud to protect your financial data.
Opting Out and Unsubscribing
To opt-out of receiving communications you have expressly requested (such as e-mail newsletters or alerts), select the e-mail "opt-out" or "unsubscribe" link, or follow the opt-out instructions included in each subscription communication.
To the extent you can order products or services on a Flextronics website, if at any time you would like to make a purchase, but do not want to provide your credit card information online, you may place an order without credit card information and a representative will contact you.
